僕が、DJ yamaさんの脳ジャズ新譜のジャケットを見た瞬間、『脳ジャズブレンド作りたい！』と思い、直感でヤマさんに連絡しました。すぐに快諾して頂き、そこからコーヒー好きでもあるヤマさんが好みな豆、焙煎度合いを選んで頂いてブレンド完成しました！！！
レコード『Night and Day/Blue Sky』のメロウなイメージの世界観を苦さより、甘さが余韻に残る味に落としこみました。


この素晴らしいレコードに出会えて、さらにブレンドまで作らせて頂いたDJ Yamaさん　@dj_yama_groovemasters に感謝です。

The moment I saw the cover of DJ Yama's new Nou Jazz album, I thought, "I want to make Brain Jazz Blend! I contacted Mr. Yama on a hunch. He immediately agreed, and then Mr. Yama, who is also a coffee lover, chose his favorite beans and roasting degree, and the blend was completed!
The mellow image of the world of the record "Night and Day/Blue Sky" has been incorporated into a flavor with a lingering sweetness rather than bitterness.
